It is very suitable for repairing old pipes. The solid metal tool head keeps the pipe perfectly square to achieve the perfect pipe flaring.

The handle can be removed so that you can install the chuck on the vise for other 3/16 inch (0.5cm) flaring operations, such as water, gas or refrigeration lines.

Note: 17mm and 10mm wrenches are required (not included); Brake fluid may be used instead of mold lubricant.

Usage methods:

Place the connector on the prepared 3/16 brake pipeline.

Loosen the two clamping bolts, slide the tube into the mold and tighten the clamping bolts by hand.

Insert the pipe depth adjusting bolt into the mold until it is fully seated.

Tighten the two clamping bolts and remove the depth fixing bolts.

Lubricate the punch and insert it into the die until it is fully seated, then remove it.

Loosen the two clamping bolts and check the flaring.
