Application

It is suitable for LED power supplies, medical power supplies, display screen power supplies, industrial control systems, power equipment, instruments, solar photovoltaic power supplies, stepper motors, PLC control systems, surveillance cameras, LED light boxes, LED lamps, luminous characters, communication equipment, home appliances, industrial equipment, building lighting, medical equipment, traffic signal control, etc.

How to Calculate Support Max. LED Strip Length

1. Assumption: Your LED strip is 60LEDs/m and each LED 0.2W, then calculate max LED strip length: 0.2W/LED × 60LEDs/m=12W/m, 24W(this listing)÷12W/m=2m.

2. So, it supports the LED strip(60LEDs/m, 0.2W/LED) length (Max)=2m light.

Notes

1. This item does not include the power cord and screws.

2. Please pay attention to the reminder on the machine. Please refer to the corresponding model "output voltage, current, and power". It does not apply to the battery, speed-regulating motor, heater, and engraving machine.

3. The testing condition for the parameter above is 220VAC input, rated load, 25℃ temperature, and 70% RH.The error includes the setting error, ling stability, and load stability(The test of the load is from 0% to 100%.).

4. The wave test adopts A12 double wires for 30MHZ and 0.1uF847uF capacitor short-circuit for interrupting.

5. The inlet voltage stability test: when it is overloaded, the lowest voltage of the inlet is up to the highest voltage.

6. Please calculate the actual power before using the product to make sure of its lifespan. It‘s suggested that the total power consumption of the loads to be connected be not more than 75% of the rated power of the product. Please make sure your device has a voltage of 60V and uses power less than 1200W. If it runs 24*7 hours, the power consumed should not exceed 40% of the full load.

7. Applied to the motor: 2 times the power of the device = the nominal power of the transformer unit.

8. Please switch to a suitable voltage before use. When working at 110V, please keep the load under 70%; When working at 220V, the load can reach 100%.

9. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is highly recommended. Please check if the wiring is correct before wiring.

10. It supplies less than 20A. For example, if your device draws 7.5A, then 7.5A will be supplied. If draws more than 10A, only 10A will be supplied and the power supply will be damaged soon. The output current depends on the requirements of the power-consuming equipment, Power multiple devices with different Currents/ Watts,

(Nominal Peak not equal to the maximum load current/power).

11. Because this item is not waterproof, it is for indoor use only. It is not suggested for use in the bathroom.

12. This product has a cooling fan, and a little sound at work is normal. Please do not disassemble the power box without authorization.

13. The equipment will generate heat during use. Please pay attention to heat dissipation and ventilation during use without foreign objects blocking the cooling holes, and keep away from high temperature, humidity, inflammable, and explosives. It should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated area at all times.

14. To ensure safety, please power on the transformer for 15 minutes before connecting it to your appliance for use.

15. For capacitive load, just leave enough allowance on the rated power capacity of the unit to avoid overloading.

16. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
