When you find that something is blocking the fog hole of the machine, or that the atomizing head is shaking and making a sound, perhaps you think there is a problem with the machine?

Answer: I can assure you that this is a normal phenomenon. Because the machine has leak proof beads, there will be noise when the machine shakes. All of our machines are like this, so please don't worry. If you press the fog outlet of the machine for a long time, it will also cause the leak proof beads to block the machine. At this time, you need to use a fine needle to push the beads open and the machine can work normally. 1. Function of leak proof beads: If the machine is inverted, the leak proof beads can prevent the machine from leaking oil for a short period of time, and the machine will sound an alarm.

What essential oils are suitable for the machine?

It is recommended to use oil soluble essential oils with good fluidity and directly add them to the machine without adding water. It is not recommended to use essential oils that are too concentrated or too viscous. How to clean the diffuser:

Why do we need to clean our aromatherapy diffusers regularly?

Waterless essential oil diffusers operate differently from water-based ones.

As the essential oil evaporates inside the diffuser over time, it inevitably adheres to the inner walls.

Over time, this can clog the diffuser, preventing the mist outlet from discharging properly.

If there is no fragrance or mist after using it for a while, you can try cleaning the aromatherapy machine first.

It may be that the inner wall of the machine is clogged due to long-term atomization.

It does not mean that the function of the machine itself is damaged.
