Description

Our fully closed-loop stepper motor can significantly improve the high-speed performance of motors, reduce motor heating and vibration, and enhance machine processing speed and accuracy. The premium materials make it sturdy and durable. Its powerful functions make it widely used in dispensing machines, woodworking machines, welding machines, etc. Take this practical product home quickly!

Key Features

Build to Last: The driver is made of an aluminum casing and an internal circuit board. The motor is made of an iron shell and internal copper wire, which is rust-proof, impact-resistant, and sturdy, ensuring your long-term use.

Excellent Performance: The closed-loop stepper motor adopts the latest dedicated motor control DSP chip and vector closed-loop control technology, completely overcoming the problem of step loss in open-loop stepper motors. At the same time, it significantly improves the high-speed performance of the motor, reduces motor heating and vibration, enhances machine processing speed and accuracy, and reduces machine energy consumption.

Powerful Function: The driver can ensure high-speed and high torque output of the motor, with protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and tracking error and exceeding tolerance.

Thoughtful Design: When the motor is continuously overloaded, the driver will promptly output an alarm signal, which has the same reliability as the AC servo mechanism. Serial communication function, current, and subdivision can be adjusted arbitrarily, and signal edge, alarm output logic, and other functions can be adjusted.

High Security: The fan on the drive ensures timely heat dissipation, allowing you to use it with confidence.

Easy to Clean:It has a smooth surface and a simple structure, so you only need to wipe the dust with a dry towel regularly.

Ideal Gift: It is an ideal gift for friends who need to work with closed-loop stepper motors and drivers, bringing convenience to their work.

Customer Service: We stand behind all our guests and look forward to assisting you with your purchase. It is our pleasure to answer your confusion and questions. The end of the story between us is definitely not "we sell and you buy".

Details

LED Indicator Light: When this product is running normally, the indicator light displays green. When the product malfunctions, the indicator light is red.

Copper Wire Wound Motor: It allows the motor to heat up less and does not suffer from deformation after a long period of operation.

Silicon Steel Rotor: It provides greater torque, more stable output, lower noise, and longer lifespan for the motor.

Application

It is suitable for electronic devices such as dispensing machines, woodworking machines, welding machines, screw machines, surface mount machines, packaging machines, engraving machines, etc.
