Continental Grand Prix 5000/GP5000 AS TR Tubeless 700 25C 28C 32C Road Bicycle Folding Vacuum Tires Bike Tire Grand prix 5000TL

The Continental Grand Prix 5000S TR (or GP5000S TR, for short) replaces the German brand’s highly-rated tubeless road tyre, the GP5000 TL.

Launched on the back of Sonny Colbrelli’s victory at the 2021 Paris-Roubaix, Continental boldly claimed the GP5000S TR is lighter, faster and more robust than before.

In a first for Continental road tyres, the GP5000S TR is also compatible with hookless rims, to a maximum tyre pressure of 5.0bar / 73psi on all tyre sizes.

Features

•BlackChili tread compound strikes a balance between tacky grip and low rolling resistance
•Active Comfort Technology is embedded in the tire construction to absorb vibrations and smooth your ride
•Lazer Grip offers a lasered micro profile structure that expands over the tire's shoulder and provides outstanding cornering and road feel
•Vectran Breaker puncture protection insert offers impressive tear-resistance at a lower weight than comparable nylon breakers
•Tubeless Ready construction means this tire can be set up for tubeless use with sealant and compatible rims; can also be used with tubes
