FAQ

FAQ:

Q1: Can I use this glue at home?

A1: No, this lash adhesive is specially formulated for salon use only and should be applied exclusively by certified professional lash technicians

Q2: Under what temperature and humidity conditions does this adhesive perform most stably?

A2: This adhesive is designed to adapt to a wide range of environmental conditions, ensuring consistent performance globally. Whether you are working in a humid climate or situated in a dry desert environment, the adaptability of this adhesive ensures that your eyelash extensions remain securely bonded and intact.

Q3: What is the shelf life of this adhesive? How long can it be used after opening?

A3: The shelf life of this adhesive is 6 months when unopened. Once opened, it is recommended to use it within 1 month to ensure optimal performance.

Q4: Why does the glue get thicker while using, and sometimes feel slow to dry?

A4: This eyelash glue dries extremely quickly — in just 0.3–0.5 seconds — and begins to thicken as it's exposed to air. We recommend replacing your glue drop every 15–20 minutes. To avoid waste, use one small drop at a time. This keeps your glue fresh, ensures smooth application, and delivers a better experience for both you and your clients

Q5: How do I safely test for irritation?

A5: Shake the glue well, then place 2–3 drops into a ring cup. Hold it 2–3cm below your eyes and gently move it side to side. If you feel any discomfort or stinging in your eyes, you may be sensitive to this formula, and we advise against using it

Q6: I love your glue, but I'm worried about allergies. What should I do?

A6: Don't worry — we've got you covered! First, confirm whether your client has a history of allergies. Then perform an irritation test as described above. If no reaction occurs, you can begin the treatment. Start slowly, and check in with your client after applying 3–5 lashes.

If any discomfort or adverse reaction appears, stop the service immediately.

Q7:Why does the glue become hard to squeeze out after a few uses?

A7: Always dispense the glue vertically. After each use, wipe the nozzle immediately with a professional glue cloth and securely tighten the cap to keep it clean and extend its usability. Since this glue cures in 0.3–0.5 seconds, it can quickly dry and clog the nozzle if not cleaned right away. We include a replacement nozzle and bottle opener for your convenience. Maintaining good glue habits will help reduce how often you need to replace the nozzle

Q8: Why is this product for professional lash artists only?

A8: Everyone has different sensitivity levels to lash adhesive, so the degree of irritation may vary from person to person. This is why some people may experience irritation, while others may not feel any discomfort at all.

Professional lash artists are trained to accurately assess a client's sensitivity and can effectively minimize the risk of any adverse reactions during the application process.

Q9: Which eyelash types work best with your 0.3–0.5 second professional lash glue?

A9: It performs wonderfully with easy fan lashes and W‑shape lashes. Skilled, experienced technicians may also use it on individual eyelashes

Q10: How should I best store this product?

A10: You can store the product in the refrigerator, but please do not place it in the freezer.

Important Tips:

1.Always use a professional glue cloth to clean the nozzle — please avoid paper towels. Paper towels leave lint and fibers that can stick to the nozzle, affecting glue performance, bonding, and retention.

2.Damman flash bond glue dries in 0.3–0.5 seconds. Each time you dip, use the center of the glue drop. Replace the drop every 15–20 minutes, or as needed based on temperature and environment.

3.For professional use only — not intended for personal home application. This high-tack lash glue may cause discomfort or potential eye irritation if used by non-professionals

4.During the application process, make sure the client's eyes are fully closed, and carefully check that the eye pads are properly placed and not causing any discomfort. This helps prevent adhesive fumes from entering the eyes and reduces the risk of irritation and discomfort.
