Description

This ultrasonic liquid flowmeter is made of high-quality ABS and steel through the injection molding process, which is sturdy and durable. Its measurement accuracy is ±1%, which can accurately measure the flow rate and flow velocity of pipeline liquids. The product adopts non-contact ultrasonic measurement, with a large measuring range, which is not affected by system pressure and harsh environment. It is a good assistant for those who need pipeline liquid measurement!

Application

It is widely used in water supply, heating, water conservancy, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and other industries. It is suitable for copper and PVC pipes and can detect the flow of liquids such as seawater, alcohol, river water, industrial wastewater, lubricating oil, diesel fuel, and fuel oil.

Key Features

High-quality Materials: It is made of high-quality ABS and steel through the injection molding process, sturdy and durable, not easy to deform.

Intelligent Measurement: The product utilizes non-contact ultrasonic measurement to measure flow without damaging the pipe. In addition, it has a large measuring range and can measure bidirectional, so it is not affected by system pressure and harsh environment.

High Precision: With a measurement accuracy of ±1%, the product can accurately measure the flow and flow rate of pipeline liquids, allowing for more accurate data.

Wide Application: The products can be used to measure single liquids that can transmit ultrasound, such as water, seawater, sewage, oil, and alcohol.

Data Recording: The SD card (not included) stores preset results at regular intervals, allowing you to analyze and record your data.It has a built-in coin cell battery for easy accumulation of flow data. As long as the battery voltage is greater than 1.5V, the battery will always work and maintain the correct time value.

High Applicability: A wide voltage range of AC 85~264V and DC 8~36V can be applied to most of the household's electricity needs.

Easy to Use: All you need to do is to fix the sensor on the tube to be measured, connect the corresponding cable and power supply, and start measuring.

Easy to Clean: The surface of this product is smooth and flat, you just need to wipe it with a wet rag(not included).

Complete Kit: This product includes a flow meter, TS-2 ultrasonic transducer, TM-1 ultrasonic transducer, signal cable, and 2 steel belts for your convenience without additional purchase.

Ideal Gift: Thanks to the product's practicality and portability, you can give it as a gift to your family or friends, especially those who like flow measurement.

Details

Rounded Corners and Edges: The corners are rounded and smooth to reduce collisions and improve safety.

LCD Display Screen: It can display current flow/heat and accumulated flow/heat at the same time, which facilitates you to understand the data more intuitively.

Long Flow Signal Cable: Its 32.81ft length reduces your usage limitations and makes it easy for you to take measurements.

2 Steel Belts: They can help you secure the sensor to the pipe more securely.

Notes

1. Please read the manual completely before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.

2. To avoid signal reduction and improve anti-jamming ability, it is better to use the customized signal cable from the flow meter manufacturer.

3. The temperature and humidity of the working environment should be in the range of technical specifications. Avoid direct sunlight on LCD.

4. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
