Note: Return & Refund Policy (Non-Quality Issues):

If the return is not due to a product quality issue(e.g., buyer’s personal preference, wrong size/color selection, change of mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the seller is not obligated to refund the original shipping fee.

Key Points:

1.Non-Quality Related Returns: Buyers may request a return, but if the product has no defects or quality problems, the seller may refuse to cover return shipping fees. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

2.Shipping Cost Responsibility:The buyer must pay for return shipping, and the seller will only refund the product price (excluding original shipping fees).

3.Dispute Resolution:If an agreement cannot be reached, AliExpress will mediate based on order details and evidence (e.g., product description, communication records). If the seller is not at fault, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

Buyers are advised to discuss return details with the seller before initiating a return to avoid disputes.
