About Prescription Lenses

1. Can you make glasses according to my prescription?

We are a professional eyeglasses supplier partnering with numerous frame and lens factories. We offer fully customized lenses tailored to your exact prescription requirements.

2. What information do I need to provide?

You need to offer the SPH, Cylinder, Axis, ADD, and PD for both your right and left eyes. If you don’t have cylinder, axis, or ADD values, providing just the SPH and PD will suffice.

3. What is PD and how can I measure my Pupil Distance?

First, check if your prescription already lists your PD. If not, you can measure it yourself.

The standard PD for women is 62 mm (typically ranging from 58–65 mm), while for men it is 64 mm (usually 60–70 mm).

Ask a family member to assist you—look straight ahead at a distant object during measurement. Repeat the process 3 times and calculate the average value for accuracy.

4. How much will the glasses cost?

Total Cost = Frame Price + Lens Price. Lens cutting and assembly services are completely free.

Lens pricing varies based on your specific prescription. All lens prices displayed on our website are for one pair (2 lenses).

5. How can I select the right lenses for my prescription?

Simply provide us with your prescription details, and we will recommend the most suitable lenses that match both your frame and prescription needs.

6. Can I buy lenses only?

Absolutely, lens-only purchases are available.

7. When will you ship the finished glasses?

For regular prescription glasses, we will ship your order within 2–3 working days.

For special prescription lenses (e.g., high cylinder lenses, SPH/CYL 0.25 lenses, progressive lenses, prism lenses, tinted lenses, bifocal lenses, glass lenses, special curve or large-diameter lenses, etc.), the customization process takes 4–10 working days.

8. Quality Guarantee

Every pair of glasses undergoes strict prescription accuracy testing before shipping to ensure perfect quality.

If you experience any discomfort with your glasses, please contact us immediately. We will first conduct an internal inspection. If no issues are found on our end, we recommend having the glasses tested at your local optical shop to identify the problem.

Once the exact issue is confirmed, we will either issue a full refund or remake the glasses for you free of charge.
