Manual measurement may be a few centimeters away from the actual distance.

1, working voltage: DC5V 12V;

2. LED working current: 18-20mA.

3, waterproof LED light color: full color

Third, waterproof LED light string use:

The use of waterproof LED light string to do outdoor luminous characters, outdoor signboards is to highlight the brand and fashion, greatly enhance the size and grade of the business. Mainly used for: star hotel outdoor signboard, hotel roof signboard, hotel exterior signboard, hotel door signboard, hotel exterior wall signboard, exterior wall LED perforation, KTV signboard, sauna bath center signboard, hotel signboard, store signboard, door Head signboard, digital square signboard, property building signboard, shopping mall signboard, etc.

Fourth, the method of making exposed LED letters:

1, LED outdoor sign making tools: 40W or 60W electric soldering iron, solder, electric drill, glue gun, screwdriver, etc.

2, LED outdoor signboard production requires other materials: molding paint iron word (preferably purchased locally to reduce transportation costs), wire (I can provide), LED signage power supply (DC5V, I can provide).

3. Drilling: Fix the purchased shaped iron word to the appropriate position and drill with electric drill (9mm or 12mm). The spacing is determined according to the height of the outdoor card installation and the production cost. The general LED center spacing is: 10 - 30mm, the pitch is small, the brightness is high, and the cost is higher.

4, plug in the light: clean the drilled holes, put the lights one by one.

5. Connection: There are waterproof LED light strings that have been made and connected. Each string has a reserved wire end. Generally, the red is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. The black wire is connected to the negative pole of the LED dedicated power supply. The power supply is best placed. In a waterproof power box.

6. Test aging: After all the LEDs are connected, the inspection process is not bright, and then the aging test is carried out for 48 hours.

7. Transport to the site and install on the site with scaffolding.

Five, use precautions

1. The voltage of each string of outdoor waterproof LED is DC 5V, and the current is about 40 mA.

2. Please use a power supply with a output voltage of 5 VDC.

3, waterproof LED power calculation: For example, the output voltage is 5V50A power supply can install the number of LED lights: 30 * 0.8 / 0.16 = 1500 LED lights, that is, about 75 strings of waterproof LED (20 a string), recommended 1000 One LED uses one power supply. If you want to use more than one power supply, do not have a loop between the power supplies, otherwise it will burn the power!

4. The cross-sectional area of the wire drawn from the power supply should not be less than 4 mm 2 (or 2 2.5).

5. The red line of the light string is connected to the positive pole of the power supply (some are 2, and then connected to the positive pole of the power supply).

6. The black wire of the light string is connected to the negative pole of the power supply (some are 2, and then connected to the negative pole of the power supply).

7. If it is found that the individual lights are not bright, please squeeze the LED lights and the seat hard. If it is not bright, please replace the LED lights.

8, two-color and colorful LED full-color waterproof exposed light string is a common positive, the controller controls the negative.

 9. The four-line red light of the full-color LED exposed waterproof light string is positive, in order: positive, negative, data, clock, using our own developed LED driver chip: CXB107! Its supporting CXB107 controller is also our company Self-developed, can control 2000 points. Its performance exceeds LPD6803 and supporting controllers!
