Why the hair color I received is darker than in the picture?

Because the different suppliers of each batch of hair raw materials can lead to color differences in different batches of hair, there are different batches of hair in Aliexpress US/UK/France warehouses,we are currently unable to confirm the hair color for each warehouse. (At present, darker colors are more in stock, if there is no note or contact us in advance, shipping from the Chinese warehouse will send black hair by default, hope you understand).

If your own hair is not as dark as the hair in the picture and you would like a lighter shade of black #1B (similar to the colour of the hair on the left of the video), You can contact us before you buy, we will make your order individually with light color #1B raw material (individual order usually takes 3-7 days). Choose to ship from China using FedEx at the time of purchase and offer to extend the delivery period of your order after purchase.

If you receive a hair color that does not suit you, please don’t worry, after receiving the package contact us to send a photo of the hair received and your own hair photosin natural light, we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible!

What should I do if I want a lighter/darker black #1B color hair?

1.Choose "Shipping From China use FedEx/UPS shipping" and NOTE "I need Lighter/Darker black #1B" （or leave a message on "I need lighter/darker black #1B") when you place the order.

2.Don't worry if you forget to choose to ship from China warehouse and note the color, the shipment from overseas warehouse will normally arrive in about 3 days, you can check the hair color after you receive the hair, if it doesn't suit you, you can contact us for a free return for a refund, and then reorder the new hair and choose the color you need.

How To Ensure the Film Does Not Fall Off:

1. After receiving the goods, first take a piece of hair and fold it in half to verify whether it can be easily torn off.

If it is easily torn, it proves that there is a problem with the film and the film needs to be replaced. Please contact us.

2. If there is no problem with the film, please pay attention when installing, do not take too little or too much hair, and make sure there is a gap between the hair. Because too little hair will cause your own hair to fall out, and too much hair will prevent the glue from working.

3. When installing, please do not stick your fingers with glue. Because grease and dust will affect the effect of glue.

4. Please do not wash your hair within 2 days after installation, and avoid contacting the gel with the conditioner.

Why the real hair color looks different from the description?

Monitor Reason: Because the colors on the Monitors of different mobile phones and computers are different, we will use the displays of Apple mobile phones and computers as the standard, and try to show the pictures of the products as true as possible. But even so, we cannot guarantee that the color of your hair after receipt will be exactly the same as when you purchased it.

Why Does The hair Color I Ordered This Time Looks Different From The Last Same Hair Order?

It's normal.

If you buy more than two hairs of the same size in one order, the hair you received may be the same color. But if you buy new hair with the same color after more than 3 months, or buy a different size of hair at one time, there may be a color difference. Because the factory will dye according to the standard color card we provide, but because of the hair products and dyeing batch, the factory can only guarantee that the color of the same length of hair dyed in a dyeing vat within a production time is exactly the same. In addition to this situation, there may be color differences for hair of different sizes. This is a normal production process, please understand. But please don't worry, the factory will ensure the color difference will not be obvious. If you are still worried about this issue, please let us show you the latest hair color before each purchase so that you can decide to pay or not.
