Reminder：

The installation location should be in a stable network environment.

For the first time connecting to the internet, try to use a new battery.

When connecting to the internet, turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.

Product Features:

【Wifi + Bluetooth Dual Mode】Connect to the network faster. The connection network speed is 2 times faster than only Wifi. (Bluetooth is only used for network signal connection, Bluetooth cannot be used alone. WIFI+Bluetooth is more stable).

【Loud Alarm】When a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected, the red LED will flash and emit a loud alarm that can be heard even through walls, reminding you to make your defense as soon as possible to avoid danger.

【Remote monitoring】The Carbon Monoxided concentration displaying (PPM) ,can be observed in real time through the mobile APP. No matter how far away you are from home, you can make your home smarter.

【Visible LED Display】3-digit display, when a carbon monoxide leak is detected, the current value will be displayed according to the concentration , an intuitive display for greater peace of mind.

【Easy Installation】Powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included), slid to remove the back cover and replace the batteries. The back is equipped with wall mounting holes, can be fixed by the included screws, safe and fast.

【Low Voltage Remind]]When the battery level is low, it will automatically remind you to change batteries, never worry about running out of battery.

① All indicator lights briefly turn on and then turn off when power on. The green indicator light flashes every second, the screen shows a 120-second countdown.the flashing stops after 120 secondsthen the screen shows "0 ppm." The green indicator light

flashes once every 40 seconds.

② When there is malfunction with CO sensor, the orange indicator light flashes twice every 40 seconds, the buzzer beeps twice, and the screen shows "ERR."

③ When press the test button the green and yellow lights keep turn on , the red light to blink, and the buzzer to sound a beep.

④ When the CO concentration in the environment exceeds the set value (128ppm), the red indicator light blinks, and a continuous beeping sound until the screen shows "0 ppm" then stop alarm ( APP receives alarm message if network connected success).

⑤ For user testing, you can lit a cigarette and let smoke into the product. After a moment, the screen will show the CO concentration value. If it exceeds the set value, an alarm will sound, and the red indicator light will flash simultaneously.

WiFi Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm QA

1. Basic Product Questions

Q1: What gas does this WiFi smart carbon monoxide alarm detect?

A: It specially detects carbon monoxide (CO), a colorless, odorless toxic gas produced by incomplete combustion of coal, gas, charcoal, vehicle exhaust and firewood. It cannot detect natural gas or liquefied gas alone。

Q2: What are the differences from ordinary carbon monoxide alarms?

A: 1. WiFi-connected for real-time concentration monitoring and remote alarm push on mobile phones;

2. Historical concentration curve records available on APP;

3. Remote silence and fault reminder functions;

4. Compatible with smart home linkage (exhaust fans, gas solenoid valves, etc.);

Q3: Where can it be installed?

A: Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, garages, boiler rooms, RVs, coal-fired rooms and basements, beside gas water heaters. Do NOT install it where cooking fumes blow directly, highly humid bathrooms or outdoors under direct sunlight.

Q4: What is the proper installation height?

A: Carbon monoxide is slightly lighter than air. Mount it within 30cm below the ceiling, 2.2–2.7 meters above the ground on walls. Keep it away from doors, windows and range hood outlets.

2. WiFi Connection & APP Functions

Q5: Which WiFi bands are supported, 2.4G or 5G?

A: Only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported; 5G WiFi is incompatible. The router must enable DHCP, and hidden WiFi SSID is not allowed.

Q6: What causes pairing failure?

A: 1. Connected to 5G network;

2. WiFi password contains special symbols;

3. Weak WiFi signal due to long distance from the router;

4. The device is not in fast pairing mode;

5. Router firewall blocks device access;

6. Unstable voltage causes device restart.

Q7: Can I receive alarm notifications when I’m away from home?

A: Yes. Once the connected device detects excessive CO concentration, alarm alerts will be pushed to your mobile APP for real-time remote reminders.

Q8: What data can be viewed on the APP?

A: Real-time CO concentration value, device online status, battery level, historical alarm logs, fault records and remaining sensor service life.

Q9: Can multiple family members share one device?

A: Yes. The primary account can share the device with family members, so everyone receives alarm alerts simultaneously.

Q10: Will the local alarm still work when the network is disconnected?

A: Yes. Disconnection only disables remote push notifications. The device will still trigger local loud beeps and red flashing lights when CO exceeds the standard. Alarm logs will sync automatically once the network recovers.
