DOTEFFIL Silver Color Solid Small Heart Pendant Necklace 16-30 Inch Snake Chain For Women Wedding Charm Fashion Jewelry

Love

Uma graça, material excelente, comprem. Obrigada.

The chain is super nice. Says 925 silver on it. Great quality. Fits in my neckline. I’m going to highly recommend this one!

I ordered this 925 Sterling Silver heart and chain for a customer. The chain turned black within two weeks of wearing. It has been impossible to get it corrected and replaced, which is the reason for a one-star rating. I had to spend an hour chatting with 4 different reps because I kept getting disconnected due to their nonresponse. All I want is a genuine 925 Sterling Silver snake chain necklace replacement. They sent an email giving me 24 hours to send images of the defect, and my customer is out of town and not home. Terrible customer service and experience!!! I have ordered several items from this seller, and they should know better than to screw and treat a trusted buyer poorly.

pendant looks cheap and small ! love the chain more

Shipping is so slow, but the silver heart is really nice. It’s shiny, sturdy and sweet looking. Great purchase.
