1. Why is the color of the goods I received different from the picture？
Answer: Due to different camera equipment and monitors, there will be slight differences between the picture and the real thing. The veil is relatively thin, the color is heavier after folding, and the color is lighter after unfolding.
2. Why is there a deviation in size？
Answer: Because our products are all handmade, the yarn is also cut manually, there will be an error of 1-2 cm, please forgive me.
3.Why haven't I received my goods for so long？
Answer: After we hand over the goods to the logistics company, they are responsible for all transportation matters. If there is a logistics problem, please don't dispute it first. You can contact the local logistics company according to the logistics information in the order, or ask us to help.
