10pcs/Lot Leather Cord Bracelet Lobster Clasps Hooks 3 4 5 6 8 10mm Crimps End Tip Caps Connectors For Jewelry Making Findings

The quality is good, several came but they were very small, I wanted them bigger. They arrived on time, I don't know why I can't send a photo, I've tried but I can't.

I ordered KC Gold, but the color I received is regular gold, not rose gold. When I contacted customer service, they kept avoiding the issue by saying that the color can vary from batch to batch. However, in your own product photos, KC Gold is clearly rose gold, while your regular Gold is yellow gold. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience. I don't feel that my concerns have been taken seriously. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I simply wanted to know if you could send me the rose gold color instead for the same price.

Good but very small

This is the second time I am buying from the same supplier. The clasps are excellent again this time. Look at the clasps you see on the bracelets in the pictures. I often shower, swim etc with them on and they do not lose colour or rust. They were dispatched very fast and arrived quickly.

Received these clasps in a gold finish, but after only a few days of use, they unfortunately changed color to take on a copper hue. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. All the more so because I had to refund all my clients, who, quite rightly, were not satisfied with the result. I would therefore like to know what you can offer me to resolve this issue.
