Every time I turn it on everything goes horribly it doesn’t have enough power it’s not 16amps it more like 6amps I’m going to send it back

I am not sure about it yet. it was supposed to be a 120 volt, US plug, 24 volt 300 watt LED driver but when you look at the markings printed in the power supply, it states,"A/C Input: 176-264V 50/60Hz. I only hope it works on 110 volt A/C power otherwise I will need to send it back for wrong or incorrect item description.
