✨ Product Description

High temperature resistant woven fiberglass exhaust heat wrap specially designed for motorcycle exhaust header and pipe modification. Available in three common length options: 5 Meters, 10 Meters, 15 Meters. Wrapping this tape tightly around exhaust manifold and front pipe can effectively block radiant high temperature from exhaust system, lower overall temperature inside engine compartment, prevent accidental leg scalding during riding, protect plastic wiring, rubber hoses and surrounding components from heat aging. Meanwhile, it helps maintain higher exhaust gas temperature inside pipe to improve exhaust flow velocity, bringing slight performance optimization, also creates aggressive retro custom appearance for your motorcycle.

⚠️ Important Installation Notes

Pre-Install Reminder: Wear gloves and mask during wrapping operation, avoid direct long-time skin contact with fiberglass fiber.

Wrapping Tip: Overlap 1/3 width for each circle when winding, keep consistent tension for tight and stable wrapping effect.

Initial Smoke Phenomenon: Minor smoke will appear on first startup after installation, it is normal volatile reaction of surface coating, will disappear after short running.

Regular Inspection: Check wrapping tightness periodically to prevent loose unwinding caused by long-term vibration and high temperature.
