The light does not seem to charge. There is no charge indicator, it turns on for 2 sec then shuts off after being charged for 8+ hours. There clearly is something wrong with the light

The box to this was destroyed inside the package and now the light doesn't work properly! it should have been packaged better because some of the logistics treat them like Garbage!! The whole purpose for placing an order was because of this light. Now I'm stuck with a light that doesn't work!! This is not the first time this has happened either! I don't know if I should recommend this or not because this one isn't working!!?
