I usually wear a Med in women's size and I wear a lot of sweats. So I ordered a Med in these because they are men's and I thought that would give me a looser, more comfortable fit. They fit almost like a women's small and they barely reach just above my ankle and I'm 5'3". The band at the ankle on the gray pair is so tight, it was difficult to get them over my foot. They are nice pants, but the size is way off for the US.
