Operates largely as described, pairs with HomeAssistant/zigbee2mqtt as "HOBEIAN ZG-204ZV". However I have noticed that it doesn't always detect motionless human presence, but there needs to be some motion. Maybe tweaking the sensitivity (which is supported by the sensor) can help with this, but I have not tried it yet. Illuminance measurement also works very well.

Product works seamlessly with home assistant. I was even able to use Codex to program the sensitivity of the motion detection even though it wasn’t exposed in Zigbee Home Assistant.
