These resistance bands might just be categorized incorrectly. The description said 25 lbs, but this is absolutely not 25 lbs—and i am not arnold schwarzenegger. ​ You can see the photos for yourself. It’s unfortunate i can't upload a video, because i can pull this band all the way from the ground up past my head with my left hand and easily hold it there. It is a very light resistance band, and it definitely doesn't match the standard tension you'd expect for this weight. ​ If you are looking for something stronger with actual tension, you need to go up in color and probably just order the highest level they offer. The material feels cheap, and because the resistance is so low, i can pull it with barely any effort. At this rate, i’ll likely break it within a few weeks or months. ​ To be fair, the seller was fine, the communication was good, and the delivery went smoothly. The low rating is strictly because the quality is cheap and the resistance level is completely inaccurate.
