Second time buying

I am leaving this review because I have not been able to get a response from the seller directly. I ordered 19 customized burgundy bags and sent a detailed list with 17 different sets of initials plus 2 names. The seller confirmed in writing that they received my customization instructions. However, all 19 bags arrived with the exact same initials, N.R. Some of the bags also arrived dented, and several of the boxes were partially crushed. This was a major customization error and made the order unusable for the event I purchased them for. I have already contacted AliExpress support and uploaded video evidence showing every bag one by one. I am still hoping the seller will contact me directly and help resolve this properly. If you are ordering these for a special occasion or need multiple different customizations, I would not purchase from this seller.
