It shows a different picture (still does) when I ordered. It shows all the attachments in the picture. It does not state anywhere that the attachments are sold separately. When I received it, I just got the shower head. Total waste of time and not fair. I do have to take some responsibility since it describes it as a '1pc Filtered Supercharged Shower Head Four-speed Adjustment With Water Seal Multi-functional Home Shower Bathroom Accessories.' Still misleading. Now I have a shower head that I don't even know if it works. So do I take the chance and buy accessories to fit it, or just start over. Either way, I will not be buying from this vendor again. I tried to reach out but could not message their customer site. Again, total waste of time.
