Working principle of the machine:

EMS roller slimming machine is a kind of equipment which combines electromagnetic stimulation (EMS) and movement principle. It aims to help users burn fat, shape and improve physical fitness by simulating muscle movement and low-impact movement. It mainly achieves weight loss in two ways: EMS technology and roller movement.

Non-invasive and convenient

A significant advantage of this device is that it is non-invasive, and users can lose weight and shape without strenuous exercise or surgery. EMSzero makes muscles move through electronic stimulation, while the roller provides massage function, and users can achieve the effect by sitting or lying down and using the device.

Systemic and local fat reduction

EMSzero roller slimming machine can usually treat the whole body or local area through different modes and intensity adjustment. For example, more concentrated fat burning and shaping can be carried out for specific areas such as abdomen, legs or arms.

Working principle of the machine:

EMSzero roller slimming machine is a kind of equipment which combines electromagnetic stimulation (EMSzero) and movement principle. It aims to help users burn fat, shape and improve physical fitness by simulating muscle movement and low-impact movement. It mainly achieves weight loss in two ways: EMSzero technology and roller movement.

1. the role of EMS zero technology

EMSzero technology directly conducts low-frequency current to the skin surface through electrodes, which stimulates the muscles below, resulting in involuntary contraction and relaxation of muscles. This process simulates the muscle contraction that occurs naturally in our exercise, but it does not require the user to take the initiative to do a lot of physical exercise.

1. Muscle contraction: When electric current acts on muscles, muscles will be forced to contract and relax, which will consume energy and thus burn fat.

2. Improve metabolism: Continuous muscle stimulation can promote blood circulation and metabolism, and help the body break down fat and excrete metabolites faster.

3. Improve muscle tension: This kind of repeated stimulation can help improve muscle tightness and make body lines

Roller massage principle:

When the roller rolls on the surface of the body, it will generate certain pressure and friction on the skin and muscles. On the one hand, this mechanical stimulation can promote local blood circulation, making blood flow smoother, providing muscle and skin cells with more abundant oxygen and nutrients, helping to improve metabolism, accelerate fat breakdown, and eliminate metabolic products; On the other hand, the massage effect of the roller can also help relax muscles, relieve muscle tension and stiffness, reduce muscle fatigue, make muscles softer and more elastic, further enhance the slimming effect, and improve the body's line beauty

Preparation before use:

1.Clean the skin

Before use, clean the body parts where the machine will be used with mild shower gel or cleaning products, and dry off any moisture. This helps the roller to better contact the skin while preventing dirt and sweat from entering the machine.

2.Choose the appropriate environment

Choose a flat, comfortable, and spacious place to operate, avoiding use in damp or sharp objects to prevent slipping or damage to the machine.

Basic operating steps:

1.Turn on the machine

Press the power button to turn on the roller slimming machine. Some machines may have different modes and intensity levels, which can be set according to their own needs after startup.

2.Adjust intensity

Adjust the strength of the machine according to your tolerance level. For first-time users, it is recommended to start with a lower intensity and gradually increase it. Generally speaking, machines will have strength adjustment buttons or knobs that can be easily operated.

3.Start scrolling

Grasp the handle of the machine and gently place the roller on the body parts to be slimmed down, such as thighs, buttocks, abdomen, arms, etc. Slowly and evenly push the roller to roll on the skin. The scrolling direction can be up, down, or left, covering the entire target area as much as possible.

During the rolling process, the EMS function of the machine will provide electrical stimulation to the muscles, and you may feel a slight contraction of the muscles.

Usage methods for different parts:

1.abdomen

Lie flat on the bed or yoga mat, and place the roller above your abdomen. Starting from below the chest, slowly roll down along the abdomen to above the pubic bone. When rolling, you can apply some pressure slightly, but do not compress excessively to avoid discomfort.

For the excess fat on both sides of the abdomen, you can roll the rollers diagonally and move them from the waist to the center of the abdomen.

2.thigh

Sit in a chair or lie flat on the bed, and place the roller in front of your thighs. Starting from the base of the thigh, roll down along the front of the thigh until above the knee. Then place the roller on the inner and outer sides of the thigh and roll it up and down respectively to exercise the muscles on both sides of the thigh.

3.hips

Lie on your side in bed and place the roller above your hips. Slowly roll from the outer side to the inner side of the buttocks, then roll from above to below the buttocks. You can better stimulate the muscles in different areas of the buttocks by adjusting the angle of the roller.

Standing or sitting on a chair, place the roller on the upper arm or forearm. Starting from the base of the upper arm, roll down along the arm to the wrist, or roll up from the wrist to the upper arm to tighten the arm muscles.

Precautions after use:

1.Cleaning machines

After use, wipe the roller and machine surface with a clean damp cloth to remove oil and sweat from the skin, keep the machine clean, and extend its service life.

2.Skin care

Due to the friction of the roller, the skin may become slightly red or slightly warm after use. Apply some soothing lotion or gel on used body parts to help skin recover.

3.Storage and organization

Place the machine in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and humid environments, to prevent damage to the machine.

People with specific diseases:

1.Cardiovascular disease patients

For example, coronary heart disease, pacemaker wearers, severe hypertension, etc. The electrical stimulation generated by the roller slimming machine may affect the normal rhythm of the heart, leading to arrhythmia or blood pressure fluctuations. For pacemaker wearers, external electrical stimulation may also interfere with the normal operation of the pacemaker, posing serious health risks.

Patients with diabetes

Especially for diabetes patients with poor blood sugar control and neuropathy. The skin feeling of such patients may decline. When using the roller slimming machine, the intensity of electrical stimulation may not be accurately perceived, which may easily cause skin damage or muscle overstimulation. Moreover, the wound healing ability of diabetes patients is poor. Once injured, it is easy to cause infection and difficult to heal.

Epilepsy patients

Electrical stimulation may induce epileptic seizures. EMS electrical stimulation can affect the neural electrical activity of the brain. For epilepsy patients, this external electrical stimulation may become a trigger for seizures, leading to an increase in seizure frequency or worsening of the condition.

Malignant tumor patients

Especially near the tumor site. Although there is currently no conclusive evidence to suggest that EMS electrical stimulation promotes tumor growth, it is not recommended for such patients to avoid potential adverse effects on tumor tissue, such as stimulating tumor cell spread.

2、 People with special physiological conditions

pregnant woman

During pregnancy, women's bodies are in a special state, and using the roller slimming machine may have potential effects on the fetus, such as causing uterine contractions and increasing the risk of miscarriage or premature birth. In addition, pregnant women's body center of gravity and sense of balance change, and they are also prone to falling and injury due to improper operation when using machines.

Menstrual women (with heavy menstrual flow)

During periods with high menstrual flow, using this weight loss machine with electrical stimulation function may lead to further increase or prolongation of menstrual flow. Because electrical stimulation may affect the blood circulation in the pelvic cavity, thereby interfering with normal menstrual physiological processes.

3、 Other groups of people

People with skin damage or infection

Such as skin damage, ulcers, rashes, etc. Using a roller slimming machine in the presence of skin damage may worsen wound infection, while electrical stimulation can also cause increased wound pain and delay wound healing.

People who have recently undergone surgery (especially muscle or bone surgery)

During the recovery period of surgery, the body needs to rest. Using the roller slimming machine may interfere with the recovery of the surgical site, affect the surgical effect, and even cause muscle or bone injuries to the surgical site again.
