These thin pieces of what looks like stainless steel wire works pretty well. They are plenty long enough to clean out the shower head holes and they are stiff enough to not kink/break. Some of the holes on my shower head were too small for any of the included wires but they were the mist holes so very very thin. I recommend this product for how well it works and how cheap it is.
