New Upgrade Wrench Socket Set Hardware Car Boat Motorcycle Bicycle Repairing Tool

unfortunately the item was broken when it got here and I'm waiting for a response from the seller etc about an exchange. Besides the ratchet being broken the other parts are in good condition and should work fine for the purpose I wanted it for. I will update this review as I get a response about the exchange and how easy and fast or not it was dealt with, I mean this is the first time I ever gotten something that was broken from Ali Express and it can happen we just have to see how the problem is handled.

the item arrived with the package totally messed up. I had bought it for a gift, but couldn't give it as a gift in that form. I suspect it was already messed up before sending it to me. also they send these items in a plastic bag, which is subject to transit mishandling. The description says you can do "free returns" and up to 5 items are free returns, but this vendor kept denying the return. had to appeal multiple times until accepted, but they charged $7.99 for the return, even though it arrived correctly. I am appealing again. they are not honoring the rules.

I never received the item. it was mailed to the wrong address and support wasn't helpful at all

great value

I love them they are so good
