Description:

1. About the TMR electromagnetic joystick: The TMR joystick utilizes advanced tunnel magnetoresistance technology. Its operating principle is based on the tunnel magnetoresistance effect of magnetic multilayer thin film materials. It uses a TMR sensor. When the joystick is rotated, the magnitude and direction of the magnetic field change. When the magnetic field acts on the TMR sensor, the magnetic moment of the ferromagnetic layer changes, thereby altering the spin polarization in the tunnel structure, which in turn affects the tunnel resistance, achieving an effect similar to the resistance change of a carbon film structure. The joystick value is output by measuring the tunnel resistance.

2. Advantages of the TMR electromagnetic joystick: Compared with traditional carbon film joysticks, TMR joysticks combine the long life and zero drift characteristics of Hall effect joysticks with the high precision and low power consumption of carbon film joysticks. They offer higher sensitivity and resolution, achieving millimeter-level feedback accuracy, fundamentally eliminating joystick drift.

3. High Sampling Accuracy: A new 12-bit sampling chip enables 4096 joystick sampling levels, enabling precise transmission of subtle movements.

4. Low Power Consumption: Utilizing a custom low-power TMR chip, single-chip power consumption is as low as 200μA, extending the battery life of the game controller.

5. Good Linear Response: The output voltage exhibits excellent linearity within the specified range, providing precise operational feedback, allowing players to accurately grasp the status of their game characters.

6. Strong Anti-Interference: The impact of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) is virtually zero, and it is generally unaffected by high-frequency vibration or movement.

6. Long Lifespan: The non-contact design reduces wear and drift, ensuring a long service life.

7. Comfortable Handfeel: Some models support stepless damping adjustment, allowing you to adjust the damping strength via the knob on the handle to suit different games.
