They didn’t use the design I sent them. Instead, they dent me a random design. They said sorry, but no refund.

With the foam cover, if you order two pieces, there are almost no bends or dents during transportation. However, when I sent two images and ordered two pieces, I received two pieces corresponding to the first image, and one piece became a spare for some future use. What is the detailed ordering process for this?

It's quite a good finish. I can recommend it. Thank you.
