Bimoo 6PCS Brass /Tungsten Bead Head Mop Fly Artificial Crane Fly Caddis Larva Wet Jig Nymph Fly Trout Grayling Fishing Lures
Brass Bead Head Mop Fly/Tungsten Bead Head Jig Mop Fly
The Bead Head Mop Fly Like a juicy slice of prime rib for trout, the crane fly larva can grow as large as your pinkie finger and represents a huge meal to a hungry trout. Particularly productive in the early Spring through runoff, the Beadhead Mop Fly is an amazingly affective lead fly on a nymphing rig as its fat abdomen twists and kicks in the current!

Basically these are standard mop flies for fly fishing. From what I've been told, these are banned from competetive fishing in other countries and deservedly so. I test them on our local stocked trout lake on an UL fishing set, not a fly rod. once they are wet, they can be cast same as any other of my lighter UL baits. Cast, let it sink, twitch it, whatever you want. It took a total of 2 min for the 1st trout to inhale this. Later on i tried them at a small river. Once cast out, even the tiniest fish wanted a piece of it. The only concern would be the durability, but you can fix them with a bit of superglue if push came to shove. I'm sure in the future more fish can be fooled with this set. So i can onnly recommend it, especially considering the price. With the next fish caught I'll update this with an image.
