The vest initially comes off as decent quality. I was immediately thrown off due to the grey being darker as well as the BLACK ACTUALLY BEING DARK BLUE. The edge material and stitching appear to be lower quality but time and use will tell. Zippers seem okay as well. Phone pocket fits an iPhone 13 nicely too.

It fits well. I don't know why I need a whistle. It fulfills its purpose. To remove a peg, something could be used to hold the remaining adjustment straps in place. I will cut them. I do not recommend a bike larger than 250cc. I bought a 250cc one and it's a bit difficult to get it started; I haven't tried it in motion yet, which will be even more difficult. but for the price you can't ask for more.
