This is absolutely unacceptable. I have already spent a lot of time sending photos and videos clearly proving that the product is defective. Yet you still tell me to ship it back. I cannot waste half a day on this!!! This is ridiculous. The product is broken, and I already paid for it — now you expect me to pay even more for return shipping??? Who is going to cover the shipping costs? Why should I pay extra because of a defective item? AliExpress has provided no real help. Instead of customer satisfaction, you are making the customer suffer. This is not fair and not professional at all. Do NOT buy from AliExpress — this is turning into a scam.

Be sure to buy with a frame if it's a replica; it's thicker and won't fit into the case.

Very good product, it just lacks adhesive in 2 or 3 places, such as under the vibrator.
