The unit arrived in Ukraine after 4 weeks. The idle output voltage is 12.65V, the measurements are accurate!!! In general, it's a typical Chinese unit, but with an adequate output of 12.65V. I haven't checked the charging current yet, but it should provide 1.5-2A.
