Good quality, tape sticks pretty strongly. The 14x14x8 version is not smooth like the picture but has small ridges on the fins.

I had a board with a STM32G0B1VET6 that tended to idle a little warm, this seems to have solved the problem. Offered in a wide range of sizes to fit most common packages, convenient pre-applied thermal tape, these are great easy fixes for not-super-demanding applications.
