Key Features

Premium Material——The high-quality iron galvanized rod head and special alloy gear make the concrete mixer wear-resistant and have a long service life. The handpiece is made of aluminum, which is sturdy and durable and is not easy to crack.

Adjustable Speed——The concrete mixer can adjust the speed of 6 gears, which can easily meet the mixing of different materials. You can turn the speed control switch to adjust the required speed.

Low Noise——The all-copper motor runs very smoothly and makes little noise when operating. This provides a more comfortable and quiet working environment for you.

High Efficiency——Its 2100W high power and powerful all-copper motor make the concrete mixer rotate faster up to 800rpm, so it can efficiently finish mixing concrete in a shorter time to save your time and ensure great homogeneity of the concrete.

Good Heat Dissipation——The machine is designed with multiple holes to ensure that the motor can dissipate heat for a long time, preventing burns and prolonging the life of the motor.

Considerate Design——The one-touch switch makes this machine very easy to operate. And it is equipped with a self-locking button. When you need to work for a long time, just press the lock switch on the mixer to carry out the continuous operation, so as to reduce the working strength and fatigue of your fingers.

Large Work Area——23.62 length of this rod is convenient for you to work in a big area, and finish different projects. Moreover, with a 1.8m/5.92ft power cord, you don't have to worry about an outlet being too far away.

Details

S-shape Mixing Head: The machine uses an S-shape mixing head to fully mix the material to make the mixing more uniform.

Threaded Connection Port: The mixing head is closely connected to the machine by threads, which can prevent it from falling off during work and allows you to install it more conveniently.

External Carbon Brush Holder: The carbon brush holder is externally designed, which can easily and quickly replace the carbon brushes, making it easier to maintain this product. Also, it
has two carbon brushes to help extend the working time.

Application:It is suitable for various medium-viscosity materials, such as cement, concrete, cement slurry, slurry, paint, mortar, plaster, and putty.

How to Replace Carbon Brush

1.Unscrew the carbon brush holder with a slotted screwdriver.
2.Take out the old carbon brush and replace it with a new one.

Notes

1.It is not applicable to oversize, super hard, and strong cohesive materials, such as strong cohesive cement, strong cohesive glue, and other strong cohesive materials.
2.Please note that the carbon brush cover should not be too tight. The appropriate tightness of the lid is that you can easily unscrew it, which will make the mixer work well.
3.Carbon brushes are consumable parts. After the machine has been used for several months, please regularly check whether the carbon brushes are used up. If it is used up, please replace it in time. One carbon brush on the left and one on the right. Please unscrew it with a slotted screwdriver to replace it yourself.
4.Make sure the switch is turned off before starting the machine and hold the body firmly with your hands to prevent immediate release.
5.Engine work generates heat and gear friction also generates heat. There is a fan in the machine to dissipate the heat. The temperature is moderate and the plastic body part heats up. It is normal in the acceptable area of the hand feeling.
6.When the machine stops, the fan will not dissipate heat and the temperature will be dissipated by the aluminum part of the headshell. At this time, the headshell heats up as usual. The new machine has new gears and heat is also obvious. After a certain period of use, the warming phenomenon disappears slowly.
7.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
