S200 supports multi-system testing

EVAP System Test
Intake System Test
Exhaust Systems Test
Crankcase system test
Car Sealing Test
Fuel Tank System Test
Turbo System Test
Various Pipe Fittings Test

Full System Diagnostics, Don't Miss Any Leaks.

▶Crankcase System Test: excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason to damage the seal of the crankcase and cause oil leakage.

▶Intake System Test: leakage in the air intake system will lead to insufficient intake of the car engine, which will result in scant engine power.

▶Car Sealing Test: poor airtightness of the car may lead to a lot of inconvenience like inability to keep warm dusty, not soundproof, and not waterproof , etc.

▶Fuel Tank System Test: possible reasons for the leakage of the fuel tank system: 1. There are gaps in the fuel tank and pipeline caused by improper installation. 2. The fuel tank cover is not sealed enough

▶Turbo Test: the leakage of coolant would cause the engine to report high water temperature.

▶Various Pipe Fittings Test: automobile pipes can be classified according to their functions: brake hoses, power steering hoses, cooling system hoses, air conditioning system hoses, turbocharger hoses, fuel hoses, intake and exhaust system hoses.

▶EVAP System Test: Leakage of the fuel evaporation system will cause fuel vapor to leak into the atmosphere, causing waste and pollution or unstable engine idling

▶Exhaust System Test: Uncleaned harmful gases to be discharged into the atmosphere or increase vehicle noise is the main disadvantage when leaks happened in the exhaust.

How to do leakage test ?

Step 1: Fill in 10ml-20ml test oil (baby oil) to the detector. (Oil not includes)

Step 2: Connect the delivery house to the detector

Step 3: Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connect with the detector

Step 4: Connect detector with DC12V battery, device starts to work

Step 5: The pipe will be filled with smoke, check the leak points

ANCEL S200 Car Smoke Leak Detector Features :

1. Pressure Output : 0.8-14.5psi ；The smoke can be produced quickly and diagnosed quickly, saving time.

2. Powerful and easy to operate： ANCEL S200 has a built-in air pump, press the left button to ventilate, press the right button to start the smoke output, It can be outputs lots of Smoke within 30 seconds after turning on， which ensures continuous output of a large amount of smoke. The dense smoke output detects even the smallest leaks and helps you diagnose faults quickly and accurately. Significantly improves the efficiency of diagnosis.

3.Wide range of applications： For detecting the leakage of pipe systems on cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, light trucks and speedboats boats.Works on all car makes and models.

4.Overheat & Anti-frost protection： The detector has smart protector. If it exceeds working limit, for e.g over 75℃. It will power off automatically.

Smoke Machine Leak Status Indication

Quick vehicle leak diagnosis by pressure display

📌 NO Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge remains unchanged, it means that there is no leakage in the system.

📌 Small Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge drops, it indicates a small leak in the system.

📌Massive Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge reaches zero, it indicates a large leak in the system.

2 kinds of modes: AIR model+Smoke mode

Air mode :First, use the air mode to directly measure the leak, and judge whether there is a leak by the pressure gauge value. If it is less than 0.5bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0.8bar and above, the pipeline tightness is very good. Then there is no need to waste baby oil

SMOKE MODE:After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak.

Overheat & Anti-Frost Protection

For detecting the leakage of pipe systems on cars,motorcycles,snowmobiles,off-road vehicles, ATVS,light trucks and speedboats,Suitable for all car models.

● Overheat Protection
When the temperature of the device exceeds 75℃, power protection will be intelligently activated to turn it off.

● Anti-frost Protection
The device can also work normally at -20℃.

Specification

Power source:12V Fully Charged vehicle battery
