LASER TREE 40W Laser Module with Air Assist 8pcs Diodes 450nm TTL Blue Light Laser Head for Laser Engraver Cutter Tools

LASER TREE K40 is a true 40W+ output laser engraving and cutting module designed for powerful cutting. It uses beam compression technology to combine 8*5.5W laser diodes into a single powerful laser beam with 40W+ laser power.

LT-K40 Features:

1. Optical Power 40W+ Laser Module
Built-in 8pcs 5.5W+ beam compressed laser diodes, which can provide up to 40W+ optical power to achieve fast and efficient cutting.

2. Powerful Cutting Ability.
20mm bass plywood：100mm/min ；1pass
30mm pine plywood : 55mm/min; 1pass
30mm black acrylic : 15mm/min; 1pass
9mm MDF: 150mm/min; 1pass

3. Built-in Air Assist Airway & Dual Fan Cooling Design
①Built-in air assist airway to get clean-cut edges, improve cutting performance.
②Excellent heat dissipation makes the laser module maintain a stable cutting ability and prolong service life.

4. Red Cross Line Locating
The bottom is equipped with a red cross positioning cursor (offset X: 0mm, Y: -21mm), which can quickly locate the starting point and ensure the accuracy of the secondary cutting operatio

5. Temperature Display & Alarm Function
① Excessive working temperatures can reduce the life time of the laser head at an accelerated rate.
②When the working temperature of laser module over 55°C, it will sound an alarm through the buzzer.

6. Easy to installation
① Integrated dovetail guide rail design, the guide rail length is 115mm, ensuring that the laser head can move smoothly, making it easy to adjust the height and focus position.
②In order to improve the compatibility to different laser engraver machine, K40 provide a solution by sliding plate with multi holes for installation compatibility.

7. Copper Core Protection Lens.
Easy to clean and replace when the lens is contaminated or dusty.

8. Laser View Window
Anti-blue light view window with optical glass material, protective your eye from blue light, no fear of fiames.

9. Widely Compatible Design
In order to improve the compatibility to different laser engraver machine, K30 provide a solution by adapter board for electric compatibiliy.
