I have a small rotary table for my milling machine in my shop. The table has T-slots, but none of my hold-down bolts or blocks was small enough. I found a set of T-nuts that would work, and they were M6 sized. So I bought M6 studs and these flange nuts will let me tighten down the parts so they don't move around while I am machining them. 😉
