Product arrived as described. The voltage appears fairly accurate, about 0.3v differences. The biggest problem is the knob - it jumps quickly between voltages, making it difficult and finicky to get a particular voltage to match an oddball power supply, while leaving areas at the end which all are capped at 24V. As a result of the variability in the potentiometer, the positions are not labeled. Since there's no way to keep the knob fixed, an accidental brush could jump voltage quickly out of spec!

As described! 3.7-12.2V. The display is pretty accurate too. No way to invert polarity, unfortunately.
