If you order *any* amount of the thin stock, be sure to order enough to ensure firmness in shipment. (Or order a cutting board with it to resist rough handling of the famous ali bags.) My one piece took all the beating in shipment, and I will need to find another use for it. The quality was fine otherwise. Fair price, fast shipment. We tried.
