I ordered one red and one white version of this 4" spinner. Both have the same wrong design. On the back disc/back plate of a spinner, there is a small projection ('nub') that, in other spinners with a correct design, aligns and helps turn the propeller by its position touching the propeller's trailing edge. On both of these spinners, the nub is in the wrong place so that the customer/flyer has to make marks to align the propeller and use caution to keep the propeller in place when tightening it onto the engine hub. The 'nub' on both of these spinners doesn't/can't touch anything because of this wrong design. Note that engines in the U.S. spin CW when viewed from the rear of the airplane and CCW when viewed from in front of the airplane. These spinners were apparently designed for the opposite rotation.
