The product arrived with damage to the wooden box, tools were individually wrapped and were damage free. (message to seller)----If it was shipped in a box rather than plastic bag the wooden box may have arrived safely and damage free. And the only reason I gave the product a 4 star rating rather than 5 stars. Thank You.

Received the drill bits timely and in the box shown. However, the bits do not perform as expected as they didn’t drill the hole with ease and took a lot of downward pressure and time to accomplish a 1/4 inch depth.
