3.Tolerance in diameter of +/- 0.02mm. Recommended PLA Filament Extrusion/Nozzle Temperature 215-220℃, bed 70℃ .

PLA Plus Filament Features

【JAYO PLA PLUS 3D Filament Advantages】- PLA PLUS filament is 10 times stronger than PLA Filament, the color is brighter, it has many advantages, Clog/Bubble/Tangle/Warping/Stringing free, easy to Use, better layer adhesion.

【JAYO 100% Wound Neatly Filament】- JAYO R&D team has mastered advanced technology and produced 100% Neatly Wound PLA+ Filament, which is impossible for other brands. No knot, no winding, improve printing efficiency.

【Recommend Settings】- We recommend printing at a Nozzle/Extrusion temperature of 210°C - 235°C (410°F - 455°F) and Bed/Platform temperature of 55°C - 65°C (131°F - 149°F).

【Strong compatibility】- JAYO 3D Filament is not only applicable to all JAYO 3D printing products: FDM 3D Printer, 3D Printer Accessories, Filament Dyer, but also applicable to almost all FDM 3D printers of other brands. For example: Ender 3/Ender 3V2, etc.

PETG Filament Features

1.【Super Neat Filament Spool】JAYOPETG filament product line is equipped with an excellent self-developed neat winding device, 100% neat rate, making filament easier to use.

2. 【PETG Filament Advantages】PETG filament combines the advantages of both PLA and ABS 3D printer filament, PETG filament is easy to use like PLA, durable strength like ABS.

3. 【PETG Recommend Settings】We recommend print the PETG filament at a nozzle temperature of 220-250°C(428-482°F), bed temperature of 75-85°C(167-185°F), printing speed of 50-100mm/s.

PLA Meta Filament Features

1. 【Good fluidity, Strong resistance】- JAYO 3D filament PLA-Meta is 1.5 times more fluid than ordinary PLA, About 1 times stronger than ordinary PLA and PLA+ in terms of impact resistance. The smoothness of the material discharge is excellent, reducing plugging, and the printed models are resistant to dropping.

2.【Lower printing temperature, lower consumption】 - PLA meta filament melting point is 155℃-170℃, Recommended printing temperature is 180℃-200℃, lower than PLA 3D printing filament. Lower melting point and printing temperature, means more energy saving, reduce printer loss and extend the life of 3D printer. It can also greatly reduce clogging, drawing, and ensure stable feeding and stable printing.

PLA Matte Filament Features

1. 【PLA Features & Matte Color】- JAYO's newly upgraded Matte PLA Filament colors retain the original JAYO PLA advantages: Easy Printing, No Clogging, while adding more color options. Matte PLA can print prints with non-glossy colors and frosted textures, suitable for more premium and mysterious 3D models.

2. 【SUNLU 100% Wound Neatly 3D Filament】- JAYO R&D team has mastered advanced technology and produced 100% Neatly Wound 3D Printer Filament, which is impossible for other brands. No knot, no winding, improve printing efficiency.

3.【Recommend Settings & Easy to operate】- We recommend printing the PLA Matte Filament at nozzle temperature of 200-230°C, bed temperature of 50-65°C, and printing speed of 50-100mm/s. JAYO PLA MATTE Filament Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.03mm. Minimum tolerance and low warping to ensure consistent feeding and stable prints, good layer bonding, less stringing, easy handling, resulting in an outstanding surface finish and are highly precise.

High Speed PLA Filament Features

【Print Faster】 -JAYO high-speed 3D printer PLA filament, designed to turbocharge your printing from slow to swift. Experience a colossal 500% increase in flowability, ensuring smooth printing even at speeds exceeding 250mm/s, without clogs or filament shortages. Bring your ideas to life with high-speed printing, on average, save 70% printing time.

【Efficient Cooling】 -High speed PLA filament boasts a 180% boost in heat dissipation, enabling quicker cooling and curing than regular PLA filament under the same conditions. This prevents 3d filament material buildup during fast prints, improving printing speed while also ensuring accuracy and mechanical performance.

【High Speed PLA Printing Tips】 -The average printing temp of JAYO High Speed PLA filament is lower than regular PLA filament, saving time and energy consumption. As HS PLA Filament is temperature-sensitive, please set slicing parameters according to recommended print speed and temp matching based on your 3D printer. If stringing occurs, please reduce print temp appropriately.
