The product seems decently-made. One thing I noticed is that although there are screw holes on the base plate, the holes have no threads. So you have to use the included 4 screws to create threads by screwing them into the holes. Also pay attention to the size of your router. The one I bought is a bit too wide to fully secure my router cylinder.

Not tested yet, just assembled. But it fits trimmer better than those aluminum makita clones.
