According to a survey by Usongshine Company, some motors on the market use low-quality bearings internally and are not greased. The PCB plate is reduced in size to reduce costs, and no insulation layer is placed at the bottom. The symptoms are: unable to sustain high-speed operation, easy to lose synchronization, and large noise and vibration. ,Short service life.

The above are the methods used by unscrupulous merchants to reduce costs.

1.The motor wire is made ofpure copper enameled wire, which is made of advanced winding and wire-passing

technology. The copper wires are evenly arranged, and the motor temperature rise is lower, and there will be no problems such as deformation and noise during long-term operation.

2.It is made of international silicon steel material bearings and imported German technology. The surface is coated with imported rotor glue. The textile silicon stee lis oxidized to reduce surface burrs after grinding.Compared with the same industry, the motor torque is greater, the output is more stable, the noise is lower, and the life is longer.

3.Wider PCB circuit board and larger line gaps further improve operational stability.

4.

a. There is an insulating layer at the bottom to prevent dust and short circuit caused by accidental touch, making the operation more stable.

b. The bearings are coated with grease to ensure smoother operation at high speeds.
