I can't speak to the quality of the diamond stones, I got only the leather strop with green compound. The foam pad is firmly attached and has just the right amount of give, and also stays firmly in place on your work surface. The green compound is standard issue - gets the job done. I've never used the guide. Highly recommended.

The diamond stones arrived on time and were packaged well. The seem to be of good quality. I used them to put a razor edge on one of my knives. The worked very well. The set also came with a leather strip with green rouge. I will definitely use this vendor again.

pretty decent, grit variation seems good not too much from what I can see and feel with my unmagnified eyes, i will see if it lasts long.
