We have been requesting improvement for over 5 years, asking for delivery in plastic packaging instead of boxes to avoid damage. Still ignoring it. There is no improvement in the requests for improvement of the damages mentioned below. The glasses arrived damaged, and Ali allowed the sale and registration of defective counterfeit products that were not smart zooms but magnifiers. This is an evidence photo. There must be no destruction of evidence. For returns, the customer should take the initiative to arrange the return by paying in advance, and use the return code provided by the regulations to have the item picked up at the doorstep. Let's unite the Korean consumers who are suffering in countless ways. Returns are a nuisance, so punish the employees who only proceed with the appeal form in this manner. I am reporting all these issues. Do the world's consumers know? First complaint after a thousand reviews. Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, defective low-quality products, especially electronic items that break immediately, returns being resold, white hair and wrinkles disappearing, nearsightedness becoming farsighted, etc. exaggerated and false sales, especially the sale of harmful products for children, allowing problematic items to be sold, and Ali not even managing the sellers properly. Let's gather the evidence of the damages caused by such sales and organize a complaint and boycott. Let's punish domestic businesses by launching a collective lawsuit to protect the public. The three adult dolls with evidence photos took a long time to ship. Even the planned fraud involving customs tax compensation was delayed, and the fraudster took the payment without delivering the goods. It's been 3 months since the fraud was exposed, and we must seriously address the issue of Ali's AI-powered fraud that was supported.
